aghastlyWhat are some of your favorite home-cooked meals? My mom is going out of the country for two weeks next month, so I've got a chance to really flex my kitchen muscles. My repertoire is pretty small, though, and I can't quite make up meals on the fly.
The only thing I've decided on is spaghetti and meatballs, so gimme everything you've got.
